Easy Two-Ingredient Low-Carb Fudge Recipe

I often get cravings for something sweet and chocolatey, so when those cravings strike, I whip up this easy recipe since it has little prep time and all the flavor! It’s a great dairy-free option as opposed to the ones that use heavy cream and butter. It’s also naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients & Substitutions for Two-Ingredient Low-Carb Fudge

chocolate chips: I’m using ChocZero baking chips because they’re high in fiber with only 1g net carb per serving. However, you can use any sugar-free chocolate chips that you prefer, like Lily’s milk chocolate chips. If you like dark chocolate, just use a sugar-free version.

peanut butter: This recipe tastes just like Reese’s which is my favorite treat! Use natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt) to keep carbs low. If you don’t like peanut butter or don’t have it on hand, almond butter or cashew butter are great substitutions (just use the same measurement).

How to make Two-Ingredient Low-Carb Fudge

Step 1: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips in 20-second intervals. After each interval, you’ll want to stir the chocolate chips. Keep doing this until they are fully melted and the texture is silky.

Step 2: Add your nut butter to the bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.

Recipes Tips

Make sure your nut butter is at room temperature. This will help with the overall smoothness of the fudge.
